Ellen: It said Taiwanese people can list Taiwan as their place of birth for family registration starting May 26.
艾倫：日本宣布從5月26日起，台灣人可以在戶籍登記上填寫「台灣」作為出生地。

奈森：哦！那之前台灣人要填什麼？

Ellen: I know. As a Taiwanese person, it feels good to see one of our country’s neighbors accepting our nationality. Japan’s government even said that Taiwanese people who are already married in Japan could change their place of birth to Taiwan.
艾倫：對啊，身為台灣人，看到鄰近國家接受我們的國籍，真的很開心。而且日本政府還說，已經在日本結婚的台灣人，也可以把出生地改成「台灣」。
