Amidst the recent boom in international travel, people are planning big trips to knock desired destinations off their personal bucket lists, with many “traveling more often and for longer periods of time.” However, this is not true everywhere. In fact, more than a third of Japanese respondents in a recent survey said that they do not intend to travel…ever again.

Conducted by global intelligence company Morning Consult, the survey titled “The State of Travel & Hospitality,” which was published in August, investigated the travel intentions of 16,000 adults across 15 countries in both April and July.
