Tina and Peter are a couple. They are taking a walk on the streets of Taipei.

Tina: Whoa, that was a close call! Did you see that car almost hit us?

Peter: It’s really sad. But there is some good news. The Transport Minister has suggested changing the traffic signals to make the roads safer for pedestrians.
