Taiwan’s Ill-Gotten Party Assets Settlement Committee, or CIPAS, has taken over companies’ stocks for the first time after a decision by the Supreme Administrative Court on January 25.
台灣的不當黨產處理委員會（CIPAS）在最高行政法院於1月25日做出判決後，首次接管公司股權。
According to a Taipei Times report, the committee had claimed in 2016 that the assets of both the Central Investment Co. and Hsinyutai Co. were “illegally obtained.”
根據《台北時報》的報導，該委員會在2016年聲稱，中央投資股份有限公司和欣裕台股份有限公司的資產都是「非法取得」。
