The Health Promotion Administration has released an updated version of Daily Dietary Guidelines, suggesting that eggs are a healthier alternative to meat.
國民健康署最近公佈最新版「每日飲食指南」,建議蛋比起肉是更健康的選擇。

The HPA pointed out in the latest guidelines, that eggs are prioritized over meat as a healthier source of protein because studies have shown that egg consumption does not contribute to higher blood cholesterol levels, nor is it associated with the risk of cardiovascular disease.
