Vicky and Sam are talking about their workout plans.

Vicky: Hey, you look good. You’re really in good shape now. You are so fit!

Sam: Thanks for noticing. I’ve been working out a lot lately. Although I’m busy, I do a 30-minute workout every day.

Vicky: That’s great. Are you attending any fitness classes?

Sam: Yeah, I like to try out different exercises in the gym, things like yoga, aerobics and battle ropes. I’ve gone to land paddling classes too.

Vicky: Have you heard of Kangoo Jumps? It’s pretty popular in Korea now.
薇琪:你有聽過「袋鼠跳」嗎?現在在韓國很紅。
Sam: Yes, I have. You have to strap on two springy boots that make you jump like a kangaroo.
山姆:有啊,就是腳要繫上可以彈跳的靴子,像袋鼠那樣跳。

Vicky: Yeah, that’s it. I really want to give it a try because it seems like a great way to burn calories while having some fun. What’s more, they say it reduces the impact of various exercises on the joints.
薇琪:對,我超想試試看,因為我想燃燒卡路里也想玩得開心,而且,他們說袋鼠跳可以減少運動時對關節的影響。

Sam: Just sign up for the class! I’m planning to try Barre next month. It’s a combination of elements of ballet and Pilates.
