Hannover Messe, the world’s leading trade fair for industrial technology, opened in Hannover, Germany on April 1st.

This year’s show highlighted new opportunities made possible as a result of using AI in industrial production, with more than 100 real-life demonstrations of machine learning showcased at the event.

“AI is the heart of the Industry 4.0,” said Jochen Kockler, chairman of the Managing Board of Deutsche Messe. “The ability it gives us to analyze vast amounts of data and arrive at informed decisions is what makes customized mass production possible.”
