An outbreak of food poisoning at a Taipei restaurant has led to 28 cases of illness and two deaths, according to the Taipei Times.

The outbreak came to the attention of authorities after restaurant diners from that time period began reporting symptoms of food poisoning — such as vomiting and diarrhea — at local Taipei hospitals and to the city’s Department of Health.
