According to Fluv’s website, the company has also taken steps to earn the trust of pet owners by verifying all pet sitters’ identities; training and testing all pet sitters, dog walkers and groomers; providing photo updates to owners while their pets are being cared for; and offering Cathay Insurance coverage to owners for the periods that Fluv is providing service to them.

Following Fluv’s success in Taiwan, Chen is currently looking to expand and adapt the app to overseas markets.
