Tara and Frank are in the airport waiting to board their flight.

Tara: Huh? Why would that happen? That sounds like something strange for someone to do.
塔拉:嗯?為什麼會發生這種事?竟然會有人做這種事情,太奇怪了吧。

Frank: I agree. But a flight in China was just canceled because a passenger did that! He threw six coins wrapped in red paper into the engine for good luck.
法蘭克:對啊。但在中國,有一個航班就因為一名乘客這樣做而取消了!他把六枚包在紅紙裡的硬幣扔進引擎,希望能帶來好運。

Tara: That sounds dangerous. If no one saw it, it could have been very bad luck for the other passengers.

Frank: Right. It could have damaged the engine. That’s why the flight was delayed until the next day. Workers had to find all of the coins.
法蘭克:對,那可能會損壞引擎。這就是為什麼航班被延遲到隔天。工作人員必須找到所有的硬幣。

Tara: That’s crazy. But it’s better to wait a day and be safe.

Frank: Yep. Still, it’s even better not to throw coins into the engine in the first place!
法蘭克:沒錯。不過,最好一開始就不要往引擎裡扔硬幣!
