A fire that broke out at the electronics manufacturer Wistron Corp.’s Hsinchu Science Park factory on the night of Monday, March 25, did not cause any major damage to the company’s operations or any injuries.

According to news reports, it took nearly four hours for firefighters to completely put out the blaze.

After being discovered, the fire was reported to the Hsinchu City Fire Bureau at 10:22 p.m. and then to the Hsinchu Science Park Bureau at 10:25 p.m.
