A group of European Parliament members arrived in Taiwan for a six-day visit on Oct. 27.
一個由歐洲議會成員組成的代表團於10月27日抵達台灣，展開為期六天的訪問。這個代表團包括來自德國的麥可·蓋勒、來自法國的伯納德·圭塔以及來自捷克的柯安杰。
The delegation, which included lawmakers Michael Gahler from Germany, Bernard Guetta from France and Ondrej Kolar from the Czech Republic, was the first to travel to Taiwan since the European Parliament’s June elections.

Taiwan’s Overseas Community Affairs Council has reported that the itinerary for the visit included meetings with Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim as well as “figures from NGOs and major political parties.”
