有薪假
Following the probation, the employee shall be eligible for the following paid time off:

Confidentiality

Employees will have access to confidential information and are not permitted to disclose this information to anyone outside of the company.
全體員工皆有讀取機密資料的權限，唯不得向任何公司外部人士洩露這些資訊。

Non-Compete Clause
競業條款
During the employment period, the employee shall not engage in any work for another employer that is related to or in competition with the company.
雇員在職期間不得受僱於與本公司業務相關或屬競爭關係之其他雇主。

It is further acknowledged that upon termination of your employment, you will not solicit business from any of the employer’s clients for a period of at least two years.
離職後兩年內不得篡奪前雇主客戶之相關業務。
