The information security department would like to share a new email security policy. The new rule will classify all company emails into four grades: A, B, C and D. Starting September 1, all emails should contain a certain security level in the subject field, either preceding or following the subject.
資訊安全部門在此宣佈新的電子郵件安全規定。自9月1日起，所有公司郵件將分為A、B、C、D四種等級，寄件者須於主旨欄的主旨文字前或後標明安全等級，

This will make it easier for us to determine the level of confidentiality for each email and ensure that no correspondence containing sensitive company information is being disclosed to irrelevant personnel, especially to our rival companies.
如此將有助於資安部門判別每封郵件的機密程度，以確保含有公司機密資料的郵件不會被外洩給不相關的人士，特別是公司的競爭對手。

Grade A contains the company’s top secrets, including finance, investment plans and changes in senior leadership. Such information is strictly limited to internal staff only. Please note that the security system blocks such emails from being sent to any external recipients.
A級內含公司最高機密，包含財務資訊、投資計畫及高層人事異動。此類資訊僅限內部員工知悉。請注意這類郵件無法寄給任何公司外部收件者，安全系統會擋信。
finance(n.)財務investment(n.)投資senior(adj.)高層的leadership(n.)領導階層strictly(adv.)嚴格地strict(adj.)嚴格的be limited to…限於…=be available to…onlyinternal(adj.)內部的、內在的external(adj.)外部的、外在的block from…阻擋
Grade B contains the company’s secrets, such as recruitment information, ongoing product designs and product capabilities. Grade B emails can only be sent to relevant recipients inside or outside the company.
B級包含公司機密，例如招聘資訊、進行中的產品設計以及產品性能。此類信件僅能寄給內部及外部相關人員。
recruitment(n.)招聘=hiringongoing(adj.)進行中的capability(n.)性能、功能
Grade C applies to most of the company’s internal correspondence and some external emails, ranging from meeting schedules to quotes. The sender’s manager will automatically be copied in such emails as part of the frontline supervision.
C級適用於公司一般往來信件及部分外寄信件，包含會議時程及報價。寄件者的主管會自動收到副本，作為第一線管理的一環。
apply to…適用於…automatically(adv.)自動地frontline(n.)前線、第一線supervision(n.)監督、督導
Grade D applies to general information such as staff social club events and the notices from the welfare committee. These emails can also be shared with relevant external recipients.
D級適用於一般資訊，例如員工社團活動及福委會公告。這類郵件也可寄給相關外部收件人。
