Steven and Ella are colleagues. Ella is asking Steven about how to dispute a billing error on her credit card.
Ella: Steven, I checked my credit card statement the other day and there is still a $50 charge that a store was supposed to refund two weeks ago. I called them, but they never responded.

Steven: Oh, that isn’t good at all. I’ve had a similar experience before. Have you called your credit card company?
Ella: Not yet. I will call them this afternoon. I’m worried that it might be too late.
Steven: It’s not too late. Don’t worry! There are some other things that you should do soon, though.
No need to worry.=Don’t fret.
Ella: What else do I need to do?
Steven: You need to submit a letter in writing to your creditor within 60 days, giving information about the charge, including the date, the amount and the problem with the transaction. I have an example that I can email you so you know what to write.
