Last week, the city in which our headquarters is located experienced an earthquake that damaged our on-site servers, resulting in nearly 24 hours of downtime.

It was, to say the least, a complete disaster.

Loss in revenue amounted to over NT$500,000, productivity plummeted 25%, customer retention dropped significantly, and worst of all, we lost vital company and customer records that will take upwards of two weeks to fully restore.
營收損失超過台幣50萬元，生產率驟跌25%，顧客留存率大幅下降，最糟的是我們遺失了重要公司與顧客紀錄，至少需要兩週才能完全修復。
