For an employee to even be considered for a promotion, first ask yourself these questions:

Does he show up to work on time and with a positive attitude every day?

Is she reliable and trustworthy?

If you answered “yes” to all of the above, then consider these next questions:

Does the employee present new ideas or proposals that they complete successfully?
