In any workplace, there will always be conflicts.

Disagreements are unavoidable when people with different personalities and opinions must work closely together as a team.

The point is not to avoid conflicts, but rather have effective strategies to solve them.

In order to reduce the chances of having conflicts, you should set guidelines.

reduce(v.)降低、減少
If you are a manager, you can write clear job descriptions, establish who is responsible for what and explain the proper procedure for tasks.
