You may remember that as of this week we have new rules for booking these rooms, which we hope will make things quicker and easier for everyone involved.

From now on, conference rooms A and B will be short-term meeting rooms. This means that employees can only reserve them for meetings that last no more than 30 minutes.

After the reserved time is over, employees will be asked to leave the room and give others a chance to use it.

Conference room C will be used for longer meetings and does not have a time limit. However, we do recommend booking it in advance, whenever possible.

Meanwhile, conference room D will serve exclusively as a room for meeting with clients. All employees are permitted to use this room, provided that their supervisor has confirmed the meeting first.

Lastly, the procedure for booking meeting rooms has not changed. Simply, log in to the online system and select “conference rooms” from the admin menu.
