The Industrial Technology Research Institute announced on April 6 that its sub-company, the Industrial Technology Investment Corporation, has formed a new company: Research Innovation Capital Corporation.
工業技術研究院於4月6日宣布，其子公司創新工業技術移轉股份有限公司新建了一家新公司：研創資本公司。

This is the result of ITRI’s collaboration with other industrial companies and groups.

The ITRI hopes that the company can speed up the time it takes to move products from research to the shelves.

It will do this by giving money to startups so that they can bring their products to the table as soon as possible.

This will also allow startups to test their ideas and make changes as soon as research is finished.
這也將讓新創在研究完成後立即測試其想法並作相應調整。
There are two reasons behind forming this corporation.
