蘇菲亞：噢，那個喔。我之前在網路上看過。他們說是一個馬來西亞的習俗。

Liam: What sort of custom? Are they trying to heat up the eggs? Or maybe they don’t want their car to smell like eggs?
連恩：什麼習俗啊？他們是想要加熱雞蛋，還是不想要車裡有雞蛋的味道嗎？

Sofia: Actually, it’s about getting rid of bad luck. According to a Malaysian superstition, if the owner of the vehicle drives until all the eggs are broken, and then lets the car bathe in the sun for eleven days before cleaning it with salt water earlier than midnight on the eleventh day, the bad luck will be gone.
蘇菲亞：其實是跟祛除厄運有關。馬來西亞人有個迷信，車主要一直開車，等到雞蛋全部破掉，接著呢，讓車子曬太陽十一天，最後在第十一天的午夜之前用鹽水清洗車子，厄運就會消失了。

Liam: No, he simply doesn’t want the car to smell bad. One time he even hung a bag of stinky tofu from the windshield wipers.
連恩：沒有，他只是不想要車子聞起來很糟糕。有一次他還把一袋臭豆腐掛在他車子擋風玻璃的雨刷上。
