Facebook employees were evacuated from part of the company’s Menlo Park campus on Tuesday due to a bomb threat.

The bomb threat was first called into the New York Police Department’s Crime Stoppers Unit, which in turn notified Menlo Park police at about 4:30 p.m.

A Facebook spokesperson later confirmed a few buildings on the campus were evacuated and that all staff members were safe and had been allowed to return to the buildings.
