A recent study by the WHO has found that 1.4 billion adults around the world are not getting enough exercise, which means that they could have health problems later in life.

The report looked at 1.9 million people in 168 different countries, and found that roughly one in three women and one in four men could end up with serious diseases because of a lack of exercise.
