Anna and Max are friends. They are having a conversation.

Anna: Hey, Max! I heard something strange about the high-speed rail’s non-reserved seats.

Anna: Haha, this is a difficult problem! But I think we should all try to be kinder to each other.
安娜：哈哈，這真是個難題！不過我想大家還是應該更寬容一點。
