According to the Human Resources Agency, up to 16% of graduates have already switched three different jobs only six months after their graduation.
根據人力銀行調查,有高達一成六的新鮮人在畢業不到半年的時間內已經換了三份工作。
There are mainly three reasons for this: low wage, low chances of promotion and not being able to do the job well or having too many tasks.
其主要原因可分為三項:低薪、 升遷機會小及無法勝任工作或工作量過多。

However, there is good news recently. The Human Resources Agency announced in October that people entering the workforce this year have an average starting salary of 27K. This is a record high in the last seven years.
不過近期卻有個好消息,人力銀行於十月公布當年新鮮人就業平均起薪已來到27K,創下七年來新高。
