This is a reminder for everyone in the Planning Department to attend the annual health checkup organized by the company next Monday.

Here are a few things you need to know in advance.

The checkup will include a blood test and urine routine, so if you are taking any medication at the moment, please bring it along with you and inform the doctors.
本次檢查將包括血液和尿液檢查，如果目前正在服用任何藥物，請記得當天攜帶並告知醫生。

Also, do not eat and avoid alcohol intake after midnight on Sunday night.
另外，檢查日前一天晚上12點後也不要進食，並避免飲酒。

Lastly, please wear your glasses instead of contact lenses for the checkup.
最後，當天近視同仁請不要配戴隱形眼鏡，請配戴有框眼鏡做檢查。

Please remember to bring your ID, health insurance card and employee card.
