Eason and Tiffany are medical students. They are having a conversation.
易森和蒂芬尼是醫學院的學生，他們正在聊天。
Eason: Did you hear about Dr. Xiao from the Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital?
易森：你有聽說高雄醫學大學附設醫院蕭醫師的事嗎？
Tiffany: No, what happened?
蒂芬尼：沒有，發生什麼事了？
Eason: He sent a message to a female graduate student that made her feel uncomfortable. He even asked her to share a room on a trip.
易森：他傳訊息給一位女研究生，讓她覺得很不舒服，甚至還要她在旅行時和他同房。

Tiffany: That’s terrible! What did the school do?
蒂芬尼：太過分了！學校怎麼處理的？
Eason: They looked into the case quickly and found out it was true. They stopped him from teaching and told him to take classes on gender equality.
易森：學校很快就調查這起案件，發現是真的。他們讓他停止教學，還要求他上性別平等的課程。
look into調查、研究case(n.)案件find out發現、找出stop sb. from V-ing阻止某人做～
Tiffany: That’s the right thing to do. What about the student?
蒂芬尼：那樣做就對了。那位學生呢？
Eason: The school is helping her with counseling and making sure she can keep up with her studies.
易森：學校正在幫助她進行輔導，也確保她的課業不會受到影響。
counseling(n.)輔導、諮商counsel(v.)輔導、諮商、給予建議counsel sb. on sth.就某事給予某人建議keep up with跟上～的進度
Tiffany: I’m glad they’re supporting her. Everyone should feel safe at school.
蒂芬尼：我很高興學校有支持她。在學校，大家都應該感到安全。

Eason: I agree. They also reminded all students to stay safe, especially when traveling.
易森：沒錯。他們還提醒所有學生要注意安全，特別是在旅行時。

Tiffany: It’s a good reminder for us all.
蒂芬尼：這對我們所有人都是很重要的提醒。
