The purchase order that we received from you last July clearly stated 16 boxes and it is our error regarding the shipment of an extra 14 boxes of our product. However, please be informed that to make up for said mistake, there are two options available at this time. The first one is; you may opt to keep the merchandise and we will just bill you thirty days from now. Or, we will do our best to have it picked up at your loading dock and then issue a credit to your company.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know your preference between the two. We will, for our part, ensure that this type of error never happens again. Please let me know if you need assistance regarding this slip up. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.
